If you will be working on any of the following, you will need a permit:

  • Roofing
  • Windows
  • Decks
  • Additions to a dwelling
  • New Home Construction
  • Garages
  • Driveways
  • Fences
  • Storage Buildings on permanent foundations
  • Remodel projects over $1,000 in materials and labor
  • Signs
  • Commercial Buildings
    • New
    • Remodel
    • Additions

Please obtain a permit at least 1-week prior to the start of your project.  You must contact the Building Inspector for a permit.  The Village Clerk cannot issue a permit.
